Bae Seul-Gi has lived up to that quote for the last decade. A certified genius at the age of 11, Seul-Gi returns home after getting a Ph.D in medicine from Hardvard. For her birthday, she requests freedom from her rich surgeon father. 10 years of isolation and loneliness at college has left Seul-Gi with a desire to be with her brother in South Korea before she returns to the cold life she grew accustomed of.

Given a year, Seul-Gi travels to South Korea, only to work as a coordinator for pop duo Inhibition that consists of the arrogant Jung Yunho and charming Choi Si Won. She is taught what it's like to be hurt, to be in love,and to experience joy. Secrets of the past slowly unravel, lessons of selfish love is taught, and maybe there is more to the quote than she thought. The lives of these three young adults intertwine as fate plays a dirty trick on all of them. These three seemingly different people have one thing in common: There is more to their first loves than meets the eye.

Through the duo, Seul-Gi learns something that cannot be found in books. Intelligence cannot control fate.

Sung Yuri’s secret boyfriend revealed

Sung Yuri is dating Yoo Ha-Joon, her One Fine Day co-star. Instead of hooking up with her long lost love played by Gong Yoo, the singer turned actress went after her screen step brother, Yoo Ha-Joon. The two “siblings” started out as friends and became lovers last fall.

Sung Yuri’s management company is firmly denying the scandal, citing Sung Yuri’s busy Hong Gil Dong schedule as the reason, but we all know that Sung Yuri’s reps are covering this up since dating will tarnish Sung Yuri’s “innocent” image.

Moon Geun Young follows in Yun Eun Hye’s footsteps

Korea’s little sister, Moon Geun Young is pulling a Yun Eun Hye on us. She’s coming back to the small screen afer two years disguised as boy in her new drama Wind’s Flower Garden. This saguk drama, based on a best selling novel, is about a gifted painter who lives her life as a boy in hopes of finding her father’s murderer.

After Coffee Prince’s success, many feminine actress are jumping on the drag king bandwagon. Sung Yuri in her fusion saguk drama, Hong Gil Dong and Moon Geun Young in her new traditional drama, but they seem to be forgetting that Coffee Prince was a sucess not because Yun Eun Hye utilized her flat chest, but because the drama was beautifully executed. Let’s see how long this drag king trend lasts.

Moon Geun Young will start filming Wind’s Flower Garden in March after she takes a leave of absence from school.

Song Yuri poses for Instyle Korea

Sung Yuri has jumped on the bandwagon by chopping her locks for her new boy-girl role a la Yun Eun-hye in the upcoming KBS historical drama-comedy, Hong Gil-dong (쾌도 홍길동) .
